About Us
An idyllic ranch and a downtown retreat in the picturesque Wine Country of Northern California about 100 miles north of San Francisco. Privacy and quiet of the country in simple but elegant, air conditioned, children and pet friendly cottages are perfect for Northern California getaways!
The Other Place is 2.5 hours north of San Francisco off Hwy 128 on a ridge above Boonville, CA in the spectacular Anderson Valley, CA.
Boonville DownTown is just .2 miles north of The Other Place.
We take reservations by telephone. To confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit within 7 days. Upon receipt of your deposit we will mail or email a map to find us. Your balance is due upon your departure. Arrival time is 4 pm. Departure is 11 am. The keys are in the door or under the mat. Simply leave your balance on the table in the form of cash or check. We do not accept credit cards.
