All our cottages have complete kitchens and Weber grills with charcoal; WiFi and Direct TV or Dish TV; central heat and air and woodburning stove or fireplace; fenced yards with seasonal hammocks; and use of our 500+ acres with its pond and trails.

The Other Place is 2.5 hours north of San Francisco off Hwy 128 on a ridge above Boonville, CA in the spectacular Anderson Valley, CA.

Boonville DownTown is just .2 miles north of The Other Place.

We take reservations by telephone. To confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit within 7 days. Upon receipt of your deposit we will mail or email a map to find us. Your balance is due upon your departure. Arrival time is 4 pm. Departure is 10 am. The keys are in the door or under the mat. Simply leave your balance on the table in the form of cash or check. We do not accept credit cards.
