The Buckeye (#14330) so named for the lone buckeye tree on the hill, is a one bedroom, air conditioned cottage tucked in front of several old oak trees with a spacious patio opening from the master suite and great room. Every room welcomes the pastoral views of the surrounding hills. Like the other cottages in Anderson Valley, CA it is fenced. Has complete kitchen, woodburning stove, WiFi, Dish TV, and Weber BBQ.

3 night minimum. Weekend 3 night min. during Apr, May & Oct.. Each additional person $25/night. $15/night for each additional dog.
21 day notice and $35 fee for cancellations.60 day notice and $50 fee required for changes that include more than one cottage.
All rates are subject to a 11% Hotel Tax.
