To secure a reservation we require a 50% deposit to be sent within 7 days of arranging
a reservation by telephone.Include the dates of your reservation with

Now that you have a reservation!
You will receive a confirmation and detailed map. Put it somewhere so that you do
not forget to bring it with you. Without it you will have a difficult time finding
us. Don't leave home without your map!Leave your BALANCE on the table and
remember CHECKOUT TIME is 11:00am.The cottages are stocked with milk, coffee,
tea, granola, organic apple juice and wine, as well as salt, pepper & sugar.
All sheets and towels are provided. For those traveling with your canine
companion! For dogs that prefer to nap on the bed,
please bring a sheet to cover the down comforter. Dog towels are recomended for pond
swimmers.Because our rates do not include the usual
cleaning fee for pets we suggest leaving a tip for Etel and Bernice who do an incredible
job of cleaning and maintaining the cottages "as though there had never been
a furry friend".

C E L L A T I O N . P O L I C Y
All cancellations or
changes are subject to a $25 service fee.A 30 day
notice is required for a deposit refund or credit.Any cancellation
received less than the 30 days, you will be responsible if it is not rebooked. We
maintain a wait list and always work to fill any cancelled time so that your deposit
can be credited to your next visit.
