NEW! Creekside is our newest cottage opened August 2008. It is tucked in a corner of the valley floor next to the banks of Soda Creek. Fully equipped kitchen, large shower, central air and direct tv complete its amenities. And of course, barbecue and outside relaxing area with a hammock. Its great room is surrounded by views up into the hills, into the adjacent Buckeye tree and of the tree lined creek's edge . . . your wakeup view as well. For those in need only 4 minutes from an early morning latte and the New York Times. Totally fenced it provides privacy near the quietly bustling vineyard and our office. The Buckeye was completed in August 2002. It is our first one bedroom unit. Every room encompasses pastoral views of the surrounding California hills... The dining area framed on all three side; the kitchen and living room as well. The bathroom is nestled under the big oak trees which provide the backdrop for the cottage. And the bedroom provides the calm that makes you say, "I don't ever want to leave!" Our first cottage, The Breezeway was completed in June 1999. It is a two bedroom unit created from an existing agricultural building (24 x 80 ft.)

On one side of The Breezeway is a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the other side is a great room complete with kitchen and wood burning stove and another bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television and VCR. It also has CD and FM tuner as well as central air and heat

Rates at The Breezeway for up to 4 persons and 4 dogs: Midweek Weekend & Holidays Weekly $275 $350 $1800 * 30 days prior to any available dates, we will rent out the great room and master bedroom, (not including the second bedroom). 2 night minimum ( Weekend 3 night minimum during April, May and October) * All rates subject to a 11% Hotel Tax

Our second cottage, The Oaks was completed in April 2000 . . . our crown jewel! It is a one bedroom studio under a canopy of very old oak trees. Under the canopy you view the valley vineyards, the long range mountains and Booneville.

The bedroom area has a discreetly placed satellite television and VCR. Other features include central air and heat, telephone, fireplace and a CD stereo system.
